β English level B2 or higher (Intermediate or above).
β At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
β Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
β Experience working with recruitment tools: ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
β Familiarity with modern sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, social media).
β Understanding of the IT industry and tech roles (a strong advantage).
