Your key skills and capabilities:

• Creating logical and physical data models
• Creating mapping specifications
• Knowledge of python (pandas)
• Excellent SQL skills
• Experience with Cloud platforms
• Creating data dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI or Qlik
• Backlog management using one of the common tools such as Jira or AzureDevOps
• Agile ways of working

We expect you to work closely with business to understand their current data problems and to know how to analyse and cleanse their data. Also, we expect you to design data storage solutions and be a good communicator with your team.

What are we looking for:

Communication skills:

• Professional English level
• Ability to conduct meetings/presentations at a Director / C-level
• Good communicator/listener

Data Modeling experience:

• Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data model
• Data Base design (Data Lake / Data Warehouse / Data Mart) from scratch (Inmon, Kimball, Data Vault 2.0, etc)
• Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) / Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) knowledge

Gathering Business Requirement:

• Stakeholder management
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Data Analysis:

• Data quality checks
• Data dictionaries or Mapping files
• Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) knowledge SQL
• Python (not mandatory, but a plus, especially Pandas library for data analysis)

Business Intelligence Knowledge (not heavily focused):

• Some BI tool experience (Tableau / Power BI / Qlik / Looker / etc)
• Dashboard / Report creation

What we are NOT LOOKING FOR:

Business Intelligence Analysts / Experts:

• Too much of Dashboards / KPIs / Reports
• Tableau / Power BI / Qlik / Looker Experts
• Avoid BI as a main skill/experience
